Limited Warranty Policy

  1. For the warranty to be active, the product must be paid for in full prior to any obligation from E-Revolution Co Ltd under this policy. Late payments from 7 days to 60 days, we reserve the right to conduct any repairs in the same timeframe that the payment was received. Payments made over 60 days late, we reserve the right to void the warranty.

What is Covered

  1. The Limited warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship, which adversely effects the product’s ability to perform or significantly detract from its aesthetic qualities, including fading. The Limited warranty covers defects in materials used in construction or faulty workmanship in the product, when used for it's intended purpose.

  2. E-Revolution Co Ltd also warrants the product against ultra-violet degradation for a period of 12 months.

  3. Custom Shades with a perimeter wire around the edge less than 25m receive a 24 month warranty.

  4. Custom Shades with a perimeter wire around the edge greater than 25m receive 12 months

What is Not Covered

  1. The Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by modification, attempting to fix or otherwise altering the product.

  2. There is no warranty coverage for damages caused by improper storage, transport, handling, etc., which occurs after delivery of the product.

  3. The Limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by factors outside of E-Revolution Co Ltd control, such as falling trees (or parts of trees), buildings, or other nearby materials.

  4. The limited warranty does cover weather events or storms or any other “acts of god”, such as earthquakes, fire, lightening, vandalism or damage caused by animals.

  5. The Limited Warranty does is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of the product.

  6. The warranty does not cover for damage to the product caused by improper installation. E-Revolution Co Ltd offers installation services if so desired and customer has opted for self installation in order to reduce the cost of the product. All limitations herein constitute a bargained for term of purchase. Installation suggestions offered by E-Revolution Co Ltd are provided as a courtesy only and do not provide any separate warranty, extension of this warranty or any other basis for warranty claims. Customer is responsible for all installation plans, permits, engineering and/or installation related construction unless otherwise arranged with E-Revolution Co Ltd. Any damage caused by improper installation (including but not limited to engineering, permitting, construction, faulty materials, etc.) is specifically excluded from any warranty claim.

  7. The warranty does not cover custom shades which have become loose over time due to no fault of E-Revolution Co Ltd & have not been maintained at a good tension.

  8. Custom Shades with a perimeter wire around the edge greater than 50m receive are not warrantied for any specific life span or longevity.

  9. The warranty does not cover items which have become dirty or soiled for any reason, namely tree vegetation, airborne contaminants or dust & water runoff.

  10. The warranty does not cover items which have been damaged due to spillage of chemicals or chemicals used in the cleaning of the shade material.

How to Obtain Warranty Covered under this Policy

  1. To Obtain the benefit of the Limited Warranty, Pre-made products must be returned via Pre-Paid transportation to E-Revolution Co Ltd., 98/10 Moo 2, Namueng, Koh Samui, Surat Thani, 84140.

  2. Any local jobs where installation was included, please contact us via your preferred method of communication.

How Long does this Warranty Last

  1. Warranty for Pre-Made Shades is for a period of 12months.

  2. Warranty for Custom-Made Shades is normally 24 months or as specified above or in the initial estimation/contract.

What E-Revolution Co Ltd will do

  1. Repair the Item at the companies expense.

  2. Replace the item at E Revolution Co Ltd discretion.

  3. In the event of a defect in materials and/or workmanship within the warranty period, customer may return the product to E-revolution Co Ltd at customer’s expense, together with a brief, clear statement describing the reason for the return. E-revolution Co Ltd shall determine whether the warranty applies, and shall then, at their option, either repair or replace the product.

What E-Revolution Co Ltd will NOT do

  1. E-Revolution Co Ltd does not assume risk of loss during shipping. We do not insure the product during shipment to our premises.

No Other Warranty Applies

  1. E-Revolution Co Ltd offers no warranties beyond the express warranties contained above. This warranty is the complete and exclusive agreement between purchaser and E-Revolution Co Ltd, superseding all prior representations. No prior representations, oral discussions, informational or advisory brochures or other written correspondences may form a basis for extending this warranty. No implied warranties beyond those provided by law are offered by E-Revolution Co Ltd.

  2. Any implied warranties are limited to claims made within one year from the date of purchase.

  3. This Limited Warranty is the sole & exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make other warranty on behalf of E-Revolution Co Ltd.

Limitation on Liability

  1. E-Revolution Co Ltd shall not be responsible for any Incidental or Consequential Damages from the use of our products.

  2. No provision herein or in any prior discussions, brochures and/or writings of any sort shall extend the liability of E-revolution Co Ltd for any incidental or consequential damages; including but not limited to damages or injury to other persons, structures or products, lost profits, the cost of substitute equipment or the claims of third parties.

Returns

  1. In the event any term or provision of this Shade Sails Limited Warranty is unacceptable to purchaser, purchaser may elect to return the un-used product within 30 days and shall be entitled to a refund of purchase price. Opened (unfolded) sails must be inspected for re-sale and a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged. Soiled sails or sails that have evidence of use can not be returned.
