We use CAD for the initial design process before marking, cutting, welding or “printing”.

  1. Design the structure. This can be achieved through 3D CAD modelling using software such as Sketchup & Framecad.

  2. Procure the metal for the job.  Depending on the design / structure we can use normal steel, galvanized, aluminium & stainless in our processes.  

  3. Cut, weld or “print” the structure.

  4.   Check, clean & round sharp edges plus remove any welding splatter.

  5. Move any items to our paint shop for 2k application.

  6. Delivered to site & erected.
